- Age of majority: 18 years.

1. How the Game Works
KreyòlDash "Play & Win" is a free memory card game. You flip one card at a time to reveal table items (plate, fork, spoon, napkin, water, juice). Table items are collected and set the table; any other card flips back and costs a life. You progress through 4 levels, each requiring more items, and win by completing level 4 before the timer runs out or you exhaust your lives.
2. Free to Play
Play & Win is completely free. There is no entry fee, no cash prize, and no real-money wagering of any kind. You can play as many times as you like at no cost.
3. Rewards
When you win a game, you earn loyalty points that are added to your KreyòlDash loyalty account. These points can be redeemed for discounts on food orders. Loyalty points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be withdrawn.
4. Fair Play Rules
- One account per person: Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
- No external assistance: Using bots, screen-sharing tools, memory aids, or automated software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.
- No exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or timing issues to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited. Report bugs to support instead.
- Honest play: You must play the game yourself.
- Respect the platform: Harassment of other players or platform staff via the leaderboard or game features is not tolerated.
5. Eligibility
Play & Win is open to all users with a KreyòlDash account. No purchase is necessary to play or to earn loyalty points.
6. Scoring & Leaderboard
Your score is calculated based on time remaining, strikes (wrong matches), and total moves. Faster completion with fewer mistakes yields a higher score. The top scores are displayed on the global leaderboard. Scores are final once submitted and cannot be appealed except for verified technical errors.
7. Disqualification
KreyòlDash reserves the right to disqualify any player and void loyalty points for: cheating or using prohibited tools, creating multiple accounts, exploiting bugs, or any conduct that undermines fair play.
8. Game Integrity
We monitor gameplay for fairness and may review game records. If we detect suspicious activity, we may withhold loyalty points pending investigation. Decisions on fair play disputes are made at our sole discretion and are final.
9. Changes to the Game
We may update game configurations (pairs, time limits, lives), add or remove levels, or modify game mechanics at any time.
10. No Gambling
Play & Win is a game of skill and memory for entertainment only. It does not involve real-money wagering, cash prizes, or any form of gambling. Loyalty points earned are non-cashable reward points usable only for food-order discounts within the platform.
